1 - It's spelled "loser".
2 - Stereotyping is not racist, it's prejudiced. Racism means you believe your race is genetically superior to another race.

Stereotyping is based on facts and real experiences, otherwise the word wouldn't exist. Now you might be able to find a few examples of this not being true but you won't find many. I would also say the appearance of the people you're running from plays a huge factor. If they look angry, have their pants down below their butt crack, and look unseemly then that would be a lot different than if they were dressed wearing ties and pocket protectors.
