What a lot of garbage Morrison is going on with.
He talks like Bill Clinton, who obtained power by appeasing the religious
    voters.
He talks about Australia being a wonderful, multicultural country, but in actual fact, he is simply appeasing muslims, talking about how people are free to believe in what they want to
believe in. Once again, appeasing muslims.
In my opinion, Morrison just ensured that he lost the 2019 election.
Morrison is just another political waffler, a jibberer....and like all politicians,
rate one rung below used car salesmen and real estate salesman.
BTW, forgot to mention, he was talking about the Religious Discrimination in Schools legislation on Sky News..no doubt the transcript will be readily available in due course for everyone to decipher as they wish..

Err, not entirely sure what you wish to point out. Is it your premise that Morrison is just saying what they think we want to hear??? Hard to see a difference with any of these bottom feeders there.

If it is the point on religious bigotry you wish to highlight, we already have enough of that across the forum so nothing new.

The speech I heard was based on the coalitions proposed Religious Discrimination In Schools (which bans people from being excluded from religious schools if they are gay etc..)
legislation, but Morrison seized the opportunity to babble on about what a wonderful, multicultural country we are, and emphasized the fact that we are all free to practice and believe in whatever religion we wish
to follow. It was an attempt to appease the muslim community and also an attempt to gain the vote of those
religious folk who just love to vote for a religiously minded candidate (like Clinton, who won power by gaining the vote of the religious)

Oh ok. Now I was wondering when somebody was going to say something about the religious freedom crap they are talking about. Shorten’s only effort is to demean religions while the greens carry on with their kooky.

Honestly, I wonder what all the drama is about??? Any religious organisation who would consider expelling students due entirely to their sexual preference would be acting against the agnostic beliefs. These are children; their sexual preference is irrelevant to their education. Most religious organisations would be looking at the possibility or converting them to an accepted understanding.

Smoke and mirrors about an issue to pull at the heart strings…
