I think it's hilarious that this is a home video camera video of a facebook video.

I think someone is a little confused on how the internet works.

 

They are black.

If it were whites attacking blacks you would not mind noticing their race.

 

I totally agree, yet otoh, a widowed or divorced atheist mother or welfare mother can do a superb job on raising her kid(s) IF she wanted to.... if she realized the importance of teaching them about personal responsibility, showing kindness and respect to others and certainly to the elderly, respecting those in authority like cops, teachers, parents... but they don't realize the importance of this anymore or if they do, they just don't care, don't want to be bothered w/the time consuming task of day-to-day good parenting and really CARING about what kind of people their kids are growing up to be.......

I have seen so many cases of the kids showing just blatant disrespect and sheer UGLINESS to their parents - mainly the mother - that is just jaw-dropping. They're allowed to get by w/this and of course, they take it outside the home and inflict it upon others w/o any fear of this thing called 'consequences' b/c they never learned the meaning of the world.

It all starts in the home, w/or w/o any religious base, regardless of race and starts during the toddler yrs in teaching them manners, respect, how to behave in public, no bullying other kids and yada, yada, yada.... long list for parenting and it can be done... but somehow along the way all that has been totally lost - w/the majority of parents anyway.....

Parents can set ground rules for their little cherubs, but many just don't do it and they grow older to become terrorists to the elderly, etc.....

The school system is nothing but a bad joke and damaging to the kids when they're suspended for chewing a pop tart into a scary 'gun', a kindergartner is suspended b/c she threatened to 'shoot' someone w/her Hello Kitty Bubble gun and that list goes on and on and on and on, but the schools don't do a damn thing about the bullies......

Which reminds me - my son lives out of state and the other day he called and I asked how my 7 yr old grandson is doing. He said fine except for one thing, he doesn't want to go to school anymore or wants to change schools and told his dad why - b/c of this kid bullying him eery day in the classroom and makes it a point of sitting next to him on the school bus to bullying him some more.....

My son didn't bother going to the teacher since she was allowing the bullying to happen in her classroom, but straight to the principal. He told her "you look like a very reasonable woman who understands the seriousness of this problem and will take care of it. If you don't, I will go straight to the father of the bully and take care of it myself." She assured him she would........

I sure hope she does, b/c he will go straight to the father and if that father just brushes it off, it will get ugly.......

Oh yeah, the reason why my grandson didn't go to the teacher is b/c she has a 'tattle-tale' box in the classroom and he didn't want his name dropped in the box b/c he went to her for help......

Yup, another classic example of the liberal school system.... if a bullied kid asks his teacher for help, he's degraded by being labeled a 'tattle tale'.

 

That's definitely a battery, but I guess the police chief is really afraid of being labeled a racist, so they downgrade it two levels to "harassment" and probably they won't press at all because it's not politically advantageous.

8 months in jail is fine. Kid seems sane to me. Being a jerk isn't a defense to crime. He should do a few months.

No evidence of a hate crime from the video though. The elderly are not a protected class that I know of. Maybe I am wrong.

Personally I never turn my back on young black men especially when there are more than one of them. Of course I worked for a manufacturer who had a shop in the ghetto and saw how dangers the bastards really are. A guy was shot in the middle of the day in the company's parking lot, with employees outside and saw the whole thing. Hell my stepdad was attacked by a group of black men during the Rodney King riots, and he doesn't leave anywhere near California. If he didn't have his gun on him he would have died that day.
