My relative was ex-LAPD reserve, the LA and OC jails are all hispanic sometimes 15 to a room

Two Hispanic guys - one with a hammer, and the other with a skateboard, beat a man in the skull using those as weapons until the victims eye literally popped out from it's socket. Google it. Happened last month, LA. Those people are animals. They got caught, luckily cause there was video. But did anyone try to help?
