Red meat shortens lifespan

    anything in excess will kill you including water. Just have a steak every now and then not every night. It will clog your arteries if youre genetics are prone to it.

    Yes, that's correct. We must only eat meat in moderate amount. Anything too much is detrimental to our health.

    As Alpha and Annelle had said, too much of anything good can be harmful to you. People need water to live, but too much of it (say a tsunami or a flash flood) can put you into danger. Balance things out.

    I'll be 77 years old in a week or so. I have enjoyed red meat regularly all my life. I disagree that it shortens ones life.

    too much protein can shorten lifespan... but is very healthy when not eaten to excess

    so can too much sun btw, but is healthy in appropriate amounts as well

    too many carbs, the worst thing you can do to your mind and body

    and meat cooked in heavily processed seed oils in most cases - these tests wanted a result and worked to get it

    just like getting too much sun, but both are a big party of being healthy

    science trying to make a drug to mimic the benefits of keto and fasting

    keto is too hard for many to follow, but science sees the benefits are huge, if they can only put the benefits in a pill, people will pay for it, rather then just eat better

    I say, just eat better - but the pill may be able to help some unable to do it
