PEW research center released a poll showing massive partisan gaps in the perception of the USAs biggest threats. "Nearly 8 in 10 democrats and democratic leaning independents say global climate change is a major threat to the well being of the USA, compared to only 25% of republicans and republican leaners. By contrast, republicans are about twice as likely as democrats to say the large number of refugees leaving iraq and syria is a major threat to the USA (63% vs 30%). What do you think? Can the two even be compared? http:www.people-press.org/2017/01/12/the-world-facing-trump-sees-isis-cyberattacks-north-korea-as-top-threats/

We can control who comes to the US, we cannot control the earth's climate.
Conclusion? Doers vs hand wringers. Pragmatists vs crack pipes.

Non-Western refugees and immigrants both legal and illegal will make America less of what made it great in the past, and more like the typical cesspools the Non-Westerners came from.

If one wants America to be more like Mexico, Guatemala, China, Syria, Nigeria and India---dirty, corrupt and socialist---then say "Let em in!"
