    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/05/24/Obama-s-Commerce-Secretary-Didn-t-Report-80-Million-In-Income

The headline here is an $80M "Swiss Bank scandal." But that is not a true scandal, because that is the logical reasoning of paying the least amount of taxes. It is a ploy of class warfare in politics to exploit the situation when the accused is Republican - in this case the accused is most likely Democrat, because she is being appointed by Obama.

I think that the Obama regime is determined to fleece her for that $80M, or Obama is being deceived into a detrimental situation, because this does not make sense. The Secretary of Commerce office has been vacant for at least a year, because about a year ago I came across a report that Obama suggested that the department be dismantled, and replaced with some agency about small business, and it is kind of absurd, because commerce is the "big tent" of government services - if the government was efficient, all that stuff about health care, disaster relief, welfare, urban development, and even environmental development are sub-divisions of commerce for the government. So, what I am trying to describe is that it is probably a very cushy no-work job - I heard reports that previous administrations have called for it to be closed before.

I monitored the C-SPAN hearing of Ms. Petzker last week, and one of the Senator McCatskill suggested that she was not going to receive compensation that would equal her reputation, or whatever. So why does she want the job??? Why is she willing to join in on the Obama Administration during a period when there is considerable controversy going on??? Professional business people are inclined to avoid businesses that are receiving bad press - why isn't that the same for the government? I understand low-level employees who do not receive direct orders from the Administration, and are inclined to just quit if direction is obviously unethical.

The segment can be reviewed at the 1:32:00 mark of the video. It's not that hard to find, and it is quick and easy listening, because it is kind of fun.

If you review more of the hearing you will notice that she is questioned about FCC frequency expansion for first responders - it seems odd that she would be so well versed in the discussion

Right there was where I noticed that your train of thought was totally off the rails. You are putting the poor, disaster victims and the environment at the mercy of an agency that, under GOP governments, mistakes itself for part of the Chamber of Commerce.

Usually, it is right-wing free market whackjobs who want it closed.

Some people have a life and do not need piles of money to validate themselves.

Why? It is a very important government function. Far more important than, say, giving more spectrum to radio station owners who think that peple need more frequencies on which to listen to the Rushblob in the same market.
