At the end of day, we want Democrats to prosecute Trump because they both under-estimate their political position, and will cause the base to unify around a moderate and savvy candidate like DeSantis. Given the multiple crises Democrats have caused, this is guarantee political win for Republicans. The people clearly want Democrats to come up with solutions and stop taking credit for Trump's accomplishments. If Trump is not prosecuted, Democrats will not have any accomplishments to brag about.

I think a logical choice for future criminal investigation is Liz Cheney, as her family is clearly engaging in the same bribery scheme and structure as the Biden family. It's interesting to note that the Bush, Kerry, Biden and Cheney family all have family roles in foreign investment firms located in China.

 

Last point... The Democrats have been quietly rolling out their Civiqs poll (144,000 respondents), because it is illustrating the same terrifying results as Rasmussen. Independent: 65% disapprove of Biden and 5% don't know/have no opinion. This is a strong signal that the Republicans are close to 100% unified against Biden while the Democrats are falling off the bandwagon due to lack of motivation (voter turnout) and lost confidence in Biden (disapproval). These people are not likely to vote as was the case in VA, which is becoming more anti-Biden according to Civiqs. Democrats might have quietly lost the sunbelt. Biden has 60% disapproval in GA, which is worse than Florida. The Democrats might decide that they have no other option but to go full-blown fascist and neo-con in order to save face like the Chinese and Russians are currently attempting. The one issue he had approval among voters was Covid-19 and now he's under-water, so I really have no idea what they would possibly do if nothing else bails them out. They will not get the Senators in WV or AZ, because the Senators in those states have a mandate to oppose Biden, and it spreading to other swing states. The voters want the progressive wing of the Democrat Party to cease their aggressive policies and work with the other side.

Pretty large bit of distance between a death penalty and no penalty at all. I'm generally in favor of long sentences but what I cannot damned well stand is this weaponized prosecutorial free for all our legal system is allowed to have. Because of that I'm not going to support any punishment whatsoever for anyone involved in 6-Jan after watching nearly 3 damned years of mass widespread coast to coast rioting involving millions of people 99.9999% of which were never so much as investigated much less identified much less arrested much less charged much less prosecuted. Either seek and apply justice equally or forget the whole damn thing.
