Great, +1 million covid deaths not enough for her? 2 million? 3 million? How many would it take for her to acknowledge that lockdowns can be an effective pubic health measure? In any case, we camped at Cumberland Bay State Park (in her district) twice during the 2020 first covid summer. The state park was open for camping, but closed for walk-in from the general public. It was great, we had the beach to ourselves. I wonder why she couldn't keep her own state par open.
The lockdowns were effective in killing people in ways unrelated to Covid. Deaths of despair among young people skyrocketed. It was quite interesting to see that Africa fared far better than Western countries. It turns out that having an average age more than 20 years below the Western average is by far the most effective protection against the virus. Their death rates never passed 100 per million. Hilarious when 3rd world countries with zero Covid response from the government annihilate most industrialized nations on the planet that went full fascist to "combat Covid". I hope that the Western politicians that went fascist are tracked down, tried, convicted and sent to prison for their treason. The amount of damage they did was in the tens of trillions. With Trump they were guidelines. With blue states and Biden they were enforced mandates and controls.
One can only hope but I doubt Dems will suffer much. They control too much of our culture. They have socially engineered to many and Reps have caught onto it far too late I think. That’s not to say over time they won’t, I think overtime culture is moving rightward. But for the moment. It’s solidly blue.
