Democrats will likely get routed with Trump adding MN to his list. But, if Biden takes Maine, Michigan, Minnesota and Pennsylvania we could end up with a tie.

That would throw it to the House with each House member voting within their state and Trump needed only 26 of the current 29 GOP delegations to win. The Senate would pick the VP and of course Pence would win. Now if the House had failed to deliver 26 states to either Trump or Demented Biden, then Pence would become acting President and free to select an acting Vice President, and they would stay in place until the House was able to produce a winner.

If they were unable to, then Trump could run again in 2024 with Pence still qualified to be his running mate. In 2024, Pence would be free to run for his second term, likely with the current gov of South Dakota as his VP - setting her up to easily sweep into power in 2028 at the top of the ticket.

Dems love their July victory laps, but the election is in November.

DEFUND THE POLICE’ ISN’T WORKING FOR DEMS IN CLOSE SENATE RACES: RealClearPolitics’ Susan Crabtree takes a deep dive on how the issue has forced Democrats like Theresa Greenfield to step like she’s barefoot in a field full of fresh cow pies.
