    You are wrong. First, there is no war between the US and Russia. Second, there is a warranty on the equipment. There is nothing written in the terms that it can be voided because of the war between Ukraine and Russia. What this case shows in addition is that US companies are not reliable, they do not fulfill their obligations. From my understanding what they did- they have simply stolen 20 million rubles from the funds of my lab. And for sure I will spread what crap do they sell in the scientific community and discourage other scientists to buy their equipment.

    Mueller's investigation ended up having a very limited scope and, for whatever reason, didn't go deep into the raving, raging malignant narcissist who could have 'fired' him at any time.

    All Biden and the DP have to do to disempower Trump is to empower Ukraine's military to expel Russia from Ukraine or capture a large Russian force before the next election -- which would be a beginning of the end to this war,

    And while I am generally supportive of Trump over Biden and the DP, but my support for Biden's actions to achieve a decisive victory over Russia is absolute.

    IMO, the RP opposition to military aid for Ukraine's defense against Russia's aggressive war of conquest is characteristically stupid -- and telling.

    yeah....I never understood this concept of "collusion" that they were babbling on about...what legal basis does "collusion" have in any universe!!?? No wonder they didn't find "anything" they couldn't define anything....anyway...that's litigated to hell and back and still a load of crap....

    the uk and USA did inspire Hitler after all. The German Nazi regime is no more repulsive than the uk and USA slave empires but for some reason Hitler is demonized. You want to REALLY know why Hitler is demonized in "western" $ociety?

    I mean I have no idea of your company or circumstances but I think you need to discuss this in-house with your compliance/legal people and maybe look at getting an agent in the US involved(is there a non-US agent for the equipment?) ......the only issue you may have is trying to make payment from the Russian bank? As long as the technology involved cannot be used for/adapted to military or proscribed applications you should be able to get some sort of response?
