To the best of my recollection Trump lost only one court case and that was at the Pennsylvania supreme court where the court ruled that they (the court itself) did not err. Every other case brought by Trump or others were not heard or entertained by the courts. Audits and recounts do not show most improper voting, only certain irregularities.

Democrat party operatives made a concerted, dedicated, and focused effort starting in around 3Q2019 to convince many states to, legally or illegally, properly or improperly, alter voting procedures to allow massive mail-in balloting (about 80% of the ballots cast in Maricopa Co. AZ were unsolicited mail-in), greatly ease ID verification, ease the timing requirements of voting, greatly increase the use of drop boxes, allow ballot harvesting, etc. All of which was designed so the Democrats could generate millions of additional votes for the Democratic candidates. And it worked. (The Democrats were/are always much better and adept at this sort of thing than any Republican.) The COVID pandemic was a fortuitous lucky early Easter bunny that greatly enhanced the Democrat success in this endeavor.

Frivolous cases are routinely dismissed byt the courts.
The Loser lost, and no one has ever presented credible evidence to the contrary. Two "audits" - one legitimate and one conducted by a conspiracy kook that his lapdogs bankrolled - presumably the most promising for their purposes - both resulted in a finding of more votes for the President.

States like Utah have repeatedly attested to the integrity of mail-in ballots, which so many Americans opted for in the midst of the pandemic.

All states, both those in which the Republic Party as well as the Democratic Party are in ascendancy have certified their results, many after audits and recounts..

Hyper-partisans whining about Maricopa County reached its expiration date when even the Trump partisan and conspiracy kook, bankrolled by Trump partisans and conspiracy kooks, couldn't contrive a result that differed from the official, certified result that had already been validated by previous real audits.

    The Loser lost.

No state has gone to wide spread mail in voting without major difficulties in the early years. IIRC there was only two states that had been using mass mail in voting for many years in 2020, and, as far as anybody knows, seems to work OK (though the state and officials of course always attest to their success.) Problems with mail-in balloting, as great as they are per se at least in the early years, are significantly compounded with things like unsolicited mail-in ballots -- just mail a ballot to everyone on the registration list without bothering to validate the list, significantly reduced validation of IDs, allowing quasi mail-in voting (drop boxes), allowing ballot harvesting (AFAIK, CA might have been the only state that went this route en masse), etc. All of which were pushed hard by Democrats for the 2020 election but long before the COVID pandemic.

Americans like the freedom to vote by mail, and there is no credible data to indicate show it to be much less secure than in-person voting.

The concerted propaganda campaign (https://cyber.harvard.edu/publication/2020/Mail-in-Voter-Fraud-Disinformation-2020) based on fake claims failed.

CLAIM: In U.S. elections, mail-in voting systems "substantially" increase the risk of voter fraud compared to in-person voting.

    RATING:

    What's True
    ...
Analysis by elections experts shows that fraud is slightly more common with mail-in voting than in-person voting at polling places.

    What's False
All types of voter fraud in U.S. elections is minuscule in comparison to the number of ballots cast...

Lots of Americans also like the freedom to vote multiple times. Lots of residents like the freedom to vote no matter their status. So what?

Universal main-in balloting is prima facie, obviously, and self evidently, under any normal logic, considerably less secure than voting station balloting. It's why few if any European countries have universal mail-in balloting, although IIRC some have tried it in the past. Your statement is like saying there is no credible data to show a bank without a guard is any less secure than with a guard. This of course doesn't men that the Democrats can't or won't try to loosen the security of voting station balloting, it is just not as easy.

He loses those to liberal Democrat controlled courts. We all know what happened. Corruption is at the highest level in government and the Democrat Party.

    Fake argument.

Americans' freedom to vote by mail should be modeled on a proven, successful American paradigm such as Utah's.

'Vote by mail has worked well for us':
2 Utah elections officials testify in front of Pennsylvania Legislature

Justin Lee, Utah's director of elections, and Salt Lake County Clerk Sherrie Swensen each provided written testimony about Utah's election process ahead of a Pennsylvania Senate special committee hearing on election integrity and reform.

"Vote by mail has worked well for us in Utah," Lee wrote in his statement, which he read off during the hearing.

Both also answered questions from Pennsylvania lawmakers about how Utah has managed an election system that's allowed residents statewide to participate in elections without having to find a voting location... they touted the system's ability to increase participation while election officials could also catch any potential voter fraud.

Trump lost and that loss has been relentlessly affirmed in counts, recounts, audits, court challenges, etc., etc., etc. He's far too self-obsessed, morally feeble, and unpatriotic to honor the will of the People.

Contriving fake excuses will not alter the reality. The dude should do his weird worshippers a favor and stop contriving more losses.

Some issues are worthwhile to investigate w/o much actual factual evidence to support said issues like (1) If the Trump campaign worked with Russians to interfere in the 2016 election and (2) If the 2020 election was corrupt and didn't represent the will of qualified American voters.

Both one and 2 should've been investigated...Just the Trump campaign was investigated...Once an issue is investigated and no factual evidence can be found to support a continuance of the investigation, the investigation must be dropped and the accusations must stop.

The 2020 election was never investigated to consider corruption in said election. What was done was a two-week preliminary investigation which determined there was no need to investigate the 2020.

Yeah. These Utah election officials want to be reelected and they won't be reelected if it's known their elections turned out to be corrupt. In other words, why take the words of election officials who want to be reelected above all else?

Widespread voter fraud does not occur under either in-person or mail-in voting. Losers make fake claims they cannot substantiate:

Nine Election Fraud Claims, None Credible
    December 11, 2020
    https://www.factcheck.org/2020/12/nine-election-fraud-claims-none-credible/

Trump's Attorney General William Barr said on Dec. 1 that his department has “not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election."

    No one,
despite a fanatical compulsion to do so, has produced actual evidence to sustain the ideological dogma they have been trained to spout.

Yeah well, no one EVER produced factual evidence the Trump campaign worked with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election. Care to explain the apparent hypocrisy?

I never made such a claim, nor did Robert Mueller, Republican Special Counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice under the Trump regime, ever level such a charge.

Two Republican-led Senate intelligence committees confirmed the findings of the FBI, NSA, and CIA that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to hurt Clinton and help Trump, but no conscious coordination was needed.

Trump's special adviser certainly suggested it, but why would you believe him?

"The three senior guys in the campaign thought it was a good idea to meet with a foreign government
inside Trump Tower in the conference room on the 25th floor -– with no lawyers - They didn't have any lawyers -
Even if you thought that this was not treasonous, or unpatriotic, or bad sh¡t, and I happen to think it's all of that,
you should have called the FBI immediately."

No European country has widespread mail-in voting. Most don't even allow absentee voting if a citizen resides in the country. All but two require photo ID to get even a highly restricted absentee ballot. Some European countries tried wide spread ubiquitous mail-in voting a while back, but gave it up primarily because they didn't think they could control the fraud. Anyone who thinks the potential for fraud is not magnitudes more possible with universal mail-in voting has simply forgotten to put his brain in gear.

Fraud is easy to detect but nigh on impossible to prove in a court of law, and it is absolutely impossible to prove if the courts simply will not entertain the case. You don't think Trump leading in a state by hundreds of thousands of votes at 10pm but then losing by hundreds of thousands of votes, counted after observers went home, at 6am the following morning is the least bit suspicious and warranting probable cause???

Why do you demand factual evidence to investigate the 2020 election when you, among others, demanded an investigation of the Trump campaign based on lies, innuendo and gossip (non-factual evidence)?
