    This should be fun.

Mueller has so far had a particularly bad luck in court, one judge severely reprimanded him for withholding exculpatory information. Another judge called his investigation witch hunt and accused Mueller of lying and abusing power.

And now this. Mueller is challenged in court, caught with his pants down, is begging the judge for a delay and the request gets rejected. Get the popcorn.

It's cute that so many people think they can read Mueller's mind ... stupid, but cute.

Asking for a delay in something Mueller asked for means he can't even read his own mind

Interesting reply in Concord's response to the Special Council's motion.

In a blunt response Saturday morning, Concord's attorneys accused Mueller's team of ignoring the court's rules and suggesting a special procedure for the Russian firm without any supporting legal authority.

"Defendant voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in [federal rules], and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Defendant has not sought a limited appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special Counsel’s motion is pettifoggery," Dubelier and Seikaly wrote.

    This is hilarious.

You think Mueller will just drop it since he wasn't prepared to actually have a fight in court?

What kind of amateur is this guy?

The Witch Hunt requested a delay in its OWN PROSECUTION.

They are officially the Keystone Cops....and may well face Federal indictments before the Witch Hunt is said and done....

    1 -
    UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
    FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
    UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
    v.
    INTERNET RESEARCH AGENCY LLC., et
    al.,
    Defendants.
    CRIMINAL NO. 1:18-CR-00032-DLF
DEFENDANT CONCORD MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING LLC’S OPPOSITION
SPECIAL COUNSEL’S MOTION TO CONTINUE INITIAL APPEARANCE AND
    ARRAIGNMENT
Defendant Concord Management and Consulting LLC (“Concord”), through under-
signed counsel, hereby opposes the Special Counsel’s Motion to Continue Initial Appearance
and Arraignment, and in support thereof states as follows:
    1. The Special Counsel is not entitled to special rules, and is required like the
Attorney General to follow the rules of the Court. See United States v. Libby, 498 F.Supp.2d 1,
    10-11 (D.C.C. 2007).
    2. The Special Counsel’s motion, filed late on a Friday afternoon, essentially seeks
to usurp the scheduling authority of the Court by requesting a continuance of a proceeding
scheduled in five days knowing that Defendant is ordinarily entitled to fourteen days to respond.
    3. The Special Counsel’s motion is in violation of Local Criminal Rule 47(b) in that
its contains no citation to points of law and authority and instead proclaims without citation to
any authority that “A criminal case against an organizational defendant ordinarily requires that
the defendant has been properly served with a summons in order for the court to be assured that
the defendant has submitted to the jurisdiction of this court and has obligated itself to proceed in

accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and other applicable laws that govern
this criminal proceeding,” Mot. at 3, and that “Acceptance of service is ordinarily an
indispensable precondition providing assurance that a defendant will submit to the jurisdiction of
the court, obey its orders, and comply with any judgment.” Id. at 4. If the Special Counsel
believes these statements to be true she should: (a) provide the legal authority, and (b) act in
accordance with the requirements of Fed. R. Crim. P. 4.1
    4. The Special Counsel unilaterally decided to ignore Fed. R. Crim. P.
4(c)(3)(D)(ii)(a) by simply sending undersigned counsel a summons without any advance
consultation. See Ex. 1, April 20, 2018 email from E. Dubelier to J. Rhee. Therefore it is the
Special Counsel’s own fault that the summons was not properly served.
    5. Defendant has no legal obligation to answer the interrogatories propounded by the
Special Counsel in Attachment C to its Motion, and timely advised the Special Counsel of this
fact. See Ex. 2, April 20, 2018 email from E. Dubelier to J. Rhee.
    6. Defendant voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in Fed. R. Crim.
    P. 43(b)(1), and further intends to enter a plea of not guilty. Defendant has not sought a limited
appearance nor has it moved to quash the summons. As such, the briefing sought by the Special
Counsel’s motion is pettifoggery. See United States v. Kolon Industs. Inc., 926 F. Supp. 2d 794,
798 (E.D. Va. 2013) (noting that voluntary appearance by a defendant can give rise to
    jurisdiction).

1 With all due respect to the Court, the Special Counsel’s motion could have been summarily
denied on this basis alone. Hopefully the Court will forgive undersigned counsel’s impression
that by the Court ordering a response in one business day there is an appearance that the tail just
wagged the dog. The only emergency about the Special Counsel’s motion was caused by the
Special Counsel herself in waiting to file it until three business days before the scheduled
    proceeding.

The Witch Hunt is so used to arrogantly behaving with impunity, with no regard for due process, that they forgot that once they are in FRONT OF THE JUDGE, the law applies to them, too.

This is getting better every day...

Russkie trolls, indicted by Mueller is indeed what it's all about. Mueller charged them with creating fake social media accounts (because it is of cause totally illegal and your last name is PeppermintTwist), buying ads and bashing Hillary on Facebook... A weaker indictment the legal system has never seen but then it was a PR stunt - according to Mueller's scheme they were all in Russia weren't supposed to respond and go to court.... but they did.

And it's not poor schmucks like Papa or Flynn who are easily intimidated, blackmailed and have no financial resources, it's a Russian oligarch with billions and best lawyers at his disposal. And he calls Mueller's bluff and surprise surprise, Robert "boy scout" Mueller is caught with his pants down, totally not ready, panicking, pleading with the court to make an exception for him without any justification and to postpone the arraignment. MUELLER IS TERRIFIED TO GO TO COURT WITH HIS OWN SHITTY CASE. Isn't it fun? No wonder the judge threw his request out without even the courtesy of explaining.

A lot of us commented that Mueller made a pathetic attempt at justifying his sham "Russian" investigation by indicting untouchable foreign persons / entities. Mueller hoped for trial / verdicts in absentia. Too bad. Now Muellers brief reprieve has backfired. :heartbreaker: Mueller is a fraud.

This is BS. All the information they are requesting would be revealed in discovery and at trial,

Concord's lawyer is making noise on behalf of Trump. Playing the demand-classified-information-they-are-not-entitled to as a method of advancing a meme in the press. This is the same game Trump's attorneys have tried.
    '
Concord Management claims out of one side of its mouth that it has been served, and out of the other that it hasn't.

But now that Trumpsters are actively defending Russian oligrachs involved in attacks on the United States, we see a new demensions to "deplorables".

On behalf of Trump? You think the presiding judge is mistaken about the evidenciary / procedural requirements needed to go forward? :confuse: Mueller's brief reprieve has backfired. 2 federal courts judges have destroyed Mueller's phony "Russian" investigation premise for impeachment.

Concord lawyers called Mueller's whining pettifoggery - which is bickering or quibbling over trifles or unimportant matters. They are in court and representing the client, that's all that matters. The judge agreed with Concord lawyers, not Mueller.

It actually is sad that it takes a despicable Russian oligarch to expose and confront Mueller's witch hunt, lies, shallow bogus charges and idiotic indictments. The fact that Mueller is terrified to proceed with the arraignment of his own shitty case tells you all you need to know.
