What happens if North Korea bioweapons start infecting a native population in a nearby country like in Japan or South Korea??? If it spreads is that going to lead to war??? And what provisions are they using to store their bioweapons??? Is it going to leak out in a few years???

This news story is highly speculative, which the Korean source cannot even confirm. Biological agents would never survive at high temperatures generated by the reenry of an ICBM even with advanced Russian technology.

Why is this any more difficult than the shuttle surviving reentry? In that case you have to protect an entire vehicle. Protecting a small amount of biological agent should be relatively easy.

Heck, we've essentially done the same thing already with probes that collected samples of material from space and then returned to earth. They had to survive reentry and did so.
