S.10 - Anti-Semitism Awareness Act of 2016

Most of you know, or don't know, our fellow brothers in Europe can't speak freely about the Holocaust and Jews in general. Less they be threatened with fines and jail time. It seems this sentiment is creeping into our legislative branch.

Now this bill already passed the senate. It says that the education department can't be anti semetic. Ok... but read under the definitions section. How is anti semetism defined?

Well we gotta look to European laws and Jewnational norms. This has nothing to do with anti semetism, but a precedent on how congress can operate.

This law is designed to discourage Americans from criticizing and isolating Israel for its apartheid policies and its military occupation of Palestine.

The US Congress are, by and large, slaves to Israel and will do whatever the Israeli lobby tells them to do, including this blatant attempt to chill freedom of speech and expression in America.

They have basically defined "anti-Semitism" to mean "criticism of Israeli policies".

The only way this will end is when the Protestant extremists in America start dying off, because they are the ones who support these kinds of asinine policies.

They do this because they believe Israel must be occupied by the Jews before the Apocalypse and the return of Jesus Christ can take place.

Ironically enough, their support for Israel has nothing to do with a love for the Jews, who they consider heretics in need of spiritual salvation.

 

Hundreds of thousands of Jews have already left Europe to America and Israel to escape the hatred that does bother them, not us Israelis in our country - but Europeans that most probebly never even visited Israel - so there is a problem.

You can talk about how you dont have a problem with Jews but in your post you already linked American Jews with control over the congress to enable "apartheid", so obviously you do not see a diffrence between Israel hatred and Jew hatred. so yea this bill applies to ppl like you and with a good reason. enjoy.

 

I don't need to talk about it because there is zero evidence that I have a problem with Jews. The only tactic that Israeli regime apologists can come up with these days is to throw around fake accusations of Antisemitism. They have nothing else at their disposal. They cannot defend the Israeli government's apartheid policies and unethical expansionism on the merits so they just call everyone an Antisemite in the hopes that they'll silence their opponents.

 

Unfortunately, this Bill passed unanimously in the Senate.

This Bill needs to be squashed in the House, so people need to contact their Representatives to vote "NO".

This Bill will do nothing but waste tax-payer money as it gets crushed in the Courts for the obvious 1st Amendment violations.

 

The right is just doing this as only Democrats have appointed Jewish SC justices, so they are throwing this out there before appointing another Christian Judge

I consider this law frivolous and as a result, it'll lead to more lawsuits, a few arrests but generally no changes for the better. These laws end up making it harder for common sense bills to get passed.

 

1. (*)(*)(*)(*) laws against free speech. Just as religion in public schools is prohibited by the 1st amendment, so must transgressions against the freedom of speech. Case closed.

2. The only thing that makes me even vaguely interested in Nazism is the allure it has as a prohibited thought crime in my country and most of Europe.

3. You don't fight fascism by becoming a fascist.

4. The Israeli lobby is so incredibly strong. I don't necessarily side with either side in the conflict, but they have such an absurd amount of influence in US politics. American Jews despise them for the most part.

There is a coordinated effort in pro-internationalist circles to stifle the freedom of speech. It must not be tolerated in any form. They must be absolutely crushed without any of their requests being met. No compromise, no concessions.

I want to see the leader of ISIS Abu Bakr al Bagdadi in all popular US TV channels and programs when using them as full platform to call for Jihad to all US Muslims, unhurt and without any consequence and without anyone blaming against it … because by your definition he has the freedom of speech to do so without legal consequences and you have to accept this!

It is disturbing how much nonsense there is on all sides WRT Jews. Yeah well... there is just 1 Jewish country on this globe. And it has been forged with massive ethnic cleansing of almost 800.000 Arabs. To add insult to injury: they have been going forth with that to colonise the West Bank with their Jewish settlements for the last +60 years.

No one in history of humans slaughtered 6 million people or more as the Nazi Regime did. It was a plant of death system and no slaughtering of 2 enemies and their population, nor was it a somehow religious crusade or jihad issue.
