    So should South Africa arrest and charge Obama the war criminal and man whose latest madness is now arming jihadist suicide bombers and cannibals?

    He doubled tapped and killed first responders. Killing people who were trying to help other innocent people hurt by his drone. So yes Obama killed first responder by using double tap. You drone an area and wait a min or two for people to start helping the victims and killed them too
