I almost think of this as good news. Salon.Com Is Going Out Of Business And That Means Our National Politics Are Healthier Than We Thought Keep in mind that it went public in 1999 with a valuation of $107 million. Apparently they are being bought by the same couple of guys, Chris Richmond and Drew Schoentrup, who made a run at buying Snopes.com in 2015 and nearly put it out of business. Salon, now a penny stock, is about to be delisted by the SEC because they haven’t filed any disclosure statements in over a year. It's hard to believe in 2019, but at one time Salon was a well respected news and cultural affairs magazine. But like so many news outlets, it deteriorated into an anti-white and pro pedophilia rag. So I'm glad that even more journalists will...
Yes, and from what I can tell it's as if one guy said, "It's damn difficult to run a viable e-zine into the ground by going utterly and crazily Politically Correct." Then the other guy said, "Challenge accepted. Hold my beer!"
I want to comment that Salon put out many very well written articles, with unique perspectives, even if I didn't always agree with them all. I think I will almost miss them. However, it is true their articles started deteriorating in quality a little bit and descending into propaganda no one wanted to read.
