Especially when you consider they did this back in July: San Francisco Mayor London Breed announces cuts to police in new city budget So now not only do they have less police officers (a record number resigned in September) anyone that calls in could be sued for calling the police against a POC. Which will no doubt drive down people willing to call the cops in real emergencies. And all while they have a huge homeless problem.
