So it will "probably be a couple dozen dollars" and "will not be charged to those who cannot afford it." Who determines who cant afford a couple dozen dollars? And how come the state will fit gun insurance bills for folks but not car insurance?

It seems like they're just pulling this stuff right out of their ass now...

 

That's impossible because the criminals run the government. They won't tax themselves.

 

How will the gang bangers who are responsible for the vast majority of crime in San Jose ever cover the costs of their liabilities? I suppose these fine folks forgot about that. Unless this is just Democrats doing what democrats always do and use this as a mechanism to enslave said gang bangers into the servitude they (democrats) believe they are entitled to lord over.....

 

Then like NY they ban gun insurance and come and confiscate your guns because you don’t have insurance.

Clearly even you didn't touch the unfairness How is it that legal owners are penalized whereas the illegal thug gunners are not..
