Sandra Day O'Connor Says Obama Should Get To Replace Justice Scalia

I agree with Sandra Day O'Connor that President Obama should appoint the next Supreme Court Justice, and she disagrees with those Republicans who are urging that the next President should appoint the new Justice. Incidentally, Sandra Day O'Connor was appointed by President Reagan to the U.S. Supreme Court.
