Nonsense. He was planning to invade Ukraine while his puppet trump was installed, but the pandemic scuppered his plans and now Biden has marshalled a global resistance to his deluded thuggery and left him twisting in the wind, sputtering impotent threats to mask his spectacular failure and stupidity.
And trump is reduced to mouthing irrelevant fawning platitudes about putin’s genius.

Palin was also the first national candidate I ever heard refer to US and THEM in regards to the right and the left. She made it clear from day 1 that we are not all on the same team.

I don't think she will win the nominatioh coming in this late in the election cycle. Currently, on the GOP side, Don Young has withdrawan and there are the following: Randy Purham, Julio Pere, Roberty Lyons, Shannon Evans, and Nicholas Bigich. Also included in the nonpartisan primary include Greg Belsford, independent, and Christopher Constant, Democrat. So, Sarah is getting into a crowded field where the primary is held on August 16, 2022. So good luck with that.

    Huh?
    "Withdrawn"?
    He's DEAD!
You also seem to be rather uninformed about the Primary for the SPECIAL Election.
According to a preliminary plan by Governor Mike Dunleavy, a special primary election is to be held on June 11.

I'd vote for her, she's entertaining in a special way, can't quite put my finger on it though. :)

I used a slightly different souce, ballotpedia, which provides, I believe, a little more accurate information. It says, "The primary will occur on August 16 , 2022. The general election will occur on November 8, 2022. General election candidates will be added here following the primary."

    https://ballotpedia.org/United_States_House_of_Representatives_election_in_Alaska,_2022

So, whoever wins this election is the one who will win the full term. The one you are referring to win the remaining term of Rep Young.

Whether July or August, It's a croweded field and Sarah Palin is not going to win on her goods or charm. She is not exactly that popular in Alaska anyome. If she had a shot, she should have announced earleir, a lot earlier.

    lol

You say that as if voting 'for the D ticket in 2020' is making you look good right now.

Those who voted D in 2020 aren't leading in anything meaningful right now.

Her campaign was sabotaged from within by key McCain advisors who later would form the Lincoln Project. They hated the base which she stood for.

Your info was general information applicable before congressman Young died. No there is a vacancy to fill until next January. Those dates are as the other poster wrote.

There is a special election which the governor has called. Special elections are seperate from the general election. Whoever wins the special election will not last long in Congress to do anything unless that same person is running in the general election.

In either case, Palin will not win nor be in the top two candidates in either case. She is no longer that popular in Alaska for any political office.

Palin would not run if she did not think she could win, and she knows Alaska politics.

Thinking you can win and realistically winning are two seperate issues. Everyone thinks they can win a political race, but that is not what reality dictates. Why else have 50 plus candidates in a very, very crowde field and and think you can win because you have been out of the public eye for so long.

If she wins the special election she will be the incumbent for the regular primary election.

That is a big IF with some 50 plus candidates. However, even is she does win, she would need to file for her candidacy again like every other incumbant. But I maintain, I don't think she will win at all, not even come in the top 2. I think Alaska residents have "moved on" from her at this point.

I see you still remember your spoon fed talking point. People look silly every time they twist her words. The is what Palin actually said.

“They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska”:

We shall see. She could be more popular than ever having laid the groundwork through her work in the Tea Party for Trump to succeed. Personally I wish she had been the one to primary Murkowski but her and Murkowski’s primary opponent working together can end the establishment of the party in Alaska as well.

This is an awesome move on Palin's part. All she has to do is re-circulate the 'Nalin Palin video and she has the male vote sewn up.

Can she still see Russia from her bedroom window ?
