    actually, i dont think its possible to "discriminate" against an individual due to their specific behavior.

    that's just rejecting a customer.

    discrimination means abritrarily rejecting someone due to their membership in a group, regardless of their personal behavior.

    Freedom of association means freedom to discriminate against anyone individually or any group/class/race/ethnicity/religion/political party/profession for any reason whatsoever or just because you feel like it that day. If a business owner or any person don't want you in his establishment because you are a Jew or Black, White, Swedish, a lawyer, overweight, too skinny, or a republican or because you wear lipstick or are wearing brown shoes that must be a person's right. That's what freedom of association really is. That's what liberty is. That is not the current law in the US though. Perhaps with a little luck it will evolve to that point.

    No, you have it wrong. Based upon my informal though very honest and mildly scientific observation it is ok to discriminate based upon religious beliefs, sexual orientation or disorientation, race, national origin, political beliefs, partisan politics, age, martital status and any other reason that bubbles up from the mind.
