I was at a friends house who was a big lefty and always talked conserving water. One day he caught me peeing in the kitchen sink and I explained to him that I had just finished the dishes and was draining the water so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone. I can't believe he was upset by that, I thought for sure he would be impressed with my commitment.
Shouldn't be urinating into the sink; it creates a bio hazard and since food is at times prepared using the kitchen sink you risk infecting those with whatever communicable diseases or infections you maybe carrying at the time. You need to be more considerate and use the proper facilities, especially when a guest at someone's house.
As I was explaining to him politely while I stood there and he kept telling me to stop peeing, urine is supposedly sterile. I honestly don't know how that can be possible but I have heard it a bazillion times. I suspect he was a bit of a hypocrite considering that he also yelled at me for not flushing the toilet. I tried to explain that it was only a couple of small round poops and there was plenty of room for someone else's to fit but he wouldn't listen to reason. Its exasperating to deal with people who actively try to destroy the planet but its even more frustrating with people the pretend to care about the planet but still actively seek to destroy the earth.
