You are incorrect about some of your statements. First of all, Mr. Soetoro was NOT REQUIRED to originally register for the Selective Service. He was a foreign student when he entered the United States and of course, he never became a naturalized citizen. It has been well established that Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham was a child (1 and was not old enough to transfer citizenship to her child, and therefore, the Kenyan/British citizenship of the adult father was the only legal citizenship that Obama Junior had.

And then Obama Junior then became an Indonesian citizen. As a child she needed to be 19 to transfer citizenship to her child. (Dunham was not an adult yet.) Currently Mr. Soetoro cannot prove via a legitimate birth certificate that he has an ounce of US Citizenship. His mother was a minor when he was born and therefore he cannot claim the same citizenship of his mother. There crime here however, is when Mr. Soetoro forged or had someone else forge a Selective Service Registration card to make it appear that he was a legitimate citizen and had performed his civic duty by registering as prescribed by law. This was a felony and has been stated to be so by the Cold Case Posse. And too, the case that Mr. Soetoro was born in Kenya is getting stronger day by day. I personally believe that the/any Kenyan Birth Certificate has as much credence as the bogus one that was presented on the White House webpage. Or, for that matter the Kenyan Birth Certificate (the Lucas Smith one) is more legitimate than the White House bogus one. To sum up... Soetoro CANNOT lose the citizenship he never had! He could be deported or arrested and held accountable for his fraud but he cannot lose something he never had... and hopefully never will. Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. Since he was born in Hawaii, it does not matter how old his mother was... or who his mother was.His selective service card and birth certificate are completely authentic.

That is an insult to those with Down's syndrom. The truely retarded have a genetic issue which makes their brain less able to function fully, but they tend to be more honest than normal people.

No. It's not. The president has used the same social security number for his whole life. The SSA and the IRS have accepted his tax returns without objection or question for more than 30 years. If those two organizations have never been concerned in all that time, then there is no concern.

The claims of IRS intimidation have proven to be untrue. No "threat or intimidation" has ever taken place in regards to this issue, except from "The Birthers."

He was not "tackled" or "thrown to the ground." He cooperated completely. He was being investigated for issues completely unrelated to being "A Birther." He was quickly cleared of all suspicion.

It has nothing to do with the Constitution.
