My landladdy has and helped.

Its pretty much the same as evicting any other tenant, except you need to send notice to the HUD office too. There is a 1 year agreement in the first year, so you can't just terminate for no reason in that 1st year, you need to show cause to HUD and the court, just as if they had a regular lease.

 

Any Section 8 tenant who did such things would be clearly thrown off Section 8.

While someone on Section 8 could go crazy or have someone crazy trash their place, not a single landlord I know has had this problem, and that is why some try to do all Secton 8 tenant, because it has NEVER happened.

 

Put pitch forks in their hands and point 'em at capitol hill.

 

I hope everyone is armed. Social and racial chaos ahead. Keep your powder dry.

 

If the printing preses ever broke and interest rates go up Obama may have difficulty finding enough cash to sustain the nanny state and lazy Obama voters in the future.

That could result in an LA style riot on a national scale.

If so then Americans will need their guns to protect themselves.

By the looks of the video...looks like they are already screwed up when they move in. Ubama is just making it easier.

I wonder how many of the people complaining about being shafted over hurricane damage relief are also supporters of our unending wars around the world and our Trillion dollar support for the Israelis.

Do these people know that under the Talmudic Noahide laws adopted by Congress as US administrative law basis in 1991 & subsequent amendments, makes them subordinate to the interests of the Israelis and their associates in the US?

Do they remember what Moses warned us about? Yeh, He told us that if we disobey "nature's God", Jesus Christ, "Those who hate you shall rule over you." (Leviticus 26:17)

Maybe they should also know that the only way out is to publically admit our national sins, humbly submit to the punishments for our inequity, and repent. Then "nature's God" will begin to remove the curses as we overcome our old rotten ways and conform our minds to His Word and Intent.

 

And if that were to happen...it would be the first time those in capital hill would be running for something.

I would call that ridiculous if I had'nt seen it with my own eyes.
My first apartment was electric heat. I had 1/4'' of ice on the inside of the windows and I was going broke paying the bills.
The neighbors had all the windows open plus sometimes the front door during even the coldest periods. I went so far as have the power company check the wiring to find out if perhaps the heating feed was'nt crossed somehow. Some of my warmest moments that winter were spent sitting on thier front steps.
The neighbors finally clued me in on how it was possible. Seems I was in fact paying for their heat, plus everyone else.

 

Just curious to know if the OP knows anyone that is a Section 8 housing renter or any of the other Section 8 experts.

I know a number of Section 8 tenants. Very nice people with no human capital. The Chinese factory workers I've met are better educated than the Section 8 tenants I know.

 

How many of those Section 8 workers have a job?

Yes, and I know landlords.

 

How many of those Section 8 receiptents are employed that you know?

 

Yes, because government bureaucracies make no profit and depend on incompetence to become needy which, in turn, gets them more tax dollars.

 

Not hardly, lol... they are one client, and the work I do is for the management firms... I don't get any money directly from govt atm.

 

The white women in this category all seem to work part time at low paying jobs. The others in this category that I know don't work.
