And you think you do? lol

All kinds of records and Discovery information have the potential to become available in a lawsuit /investigation, and iffin you didn't know, these would not be his records as President.

    Derp/

This was before he was president. Did I really have to tell you this?

If you need a little more guidance on how some of this works - See: Whitewater Development Corporation.

And the defense will be able to take Depositions. *ouch*

...from anyone remotely tied to the allegations.

    Under oath. Including Trump.

I read all 312 pages. Lot of nothing.

I did notice that the lawyers for Fusion wanted the transcript kept confidential:

MR. LEVY: Will it be kept confidential?
We'd like to make a request that it be kept
confidential given the sensitivity of the matters
    discussed today.

I think Feinstein wanting to make the investigation more transparent is awesome. Sadly Feinstein didn't consider the down side that has Grassley shaking his head. Witnesses yet to testify, now have the opportunity to "get their stories straight" or solidify their "alibis". Nunes of course was sidelined for leaking much less information. I hope Dianne enjoys her upcoming vacation, while the ethics committee reviews her conduct.

That isn't even remotely close to an appropriate reading.

And it helps to dispel the notion that fusion was hired specifically to craft the collusion story and that they took no effort to verify sources among others.

There's no such thing as a one sided discovery. An affirmative defense to defamation is truth and you are absolutely within your right to request discovery that will establish that truth

Impressive, but I have my doubts if you can summarize 300 pages as "lot of nothing."

Better read it again, it's loaded with bombshell background info, multiple blackmail angles re tRUmp and nothing in the dossier has been proven wrong.

    Aren't you paying attention?

In April 2016, George Popadopolous told Trump that the Russians had the e-mails that Wikipedia would leak in July.

So, It's not a big if.

    If????

    There aren't any ifs.

No, Trump is not a puppet. He wouldn't be up to the job if he were.

And the Russians will cash him out when he's done.

Oh I know in the liberal mind it's fact, that's what's so funny about it.

I'm glad we'll have a record of all this stuff for future laughter.

I didn't say it was fact, except for the part about the Russians holding the paper on Trump's organization. That's pretty obvious.

The prediction is that they will sell it out from under him when he's gone. That's a pretty easy expectation. After all, they won't have any use for him anymore, and he never delivered on the one thing they really really wanted (because he screwed it up).

No, it's worse: It was based in part, the other part was the use of a mole to infilitrate and essentially plant false evidence(the Trump tower meeting) to create a false bias. It's going to be tremendously difficult to prosecute this case now. The evidence is essentially tainted goods, from the dossier to the FISA warrant to the mole.

The contents don't add much that wasn't already known regarding trump activities, but did reveal the entire process of how the steele dossier came to be and how it was actually handled by all parties.

The REAL ISSUE is the blowing up of the idiotic and wholly transparent attempt by trumpians to mount a 'fruit of the poison tree" defense.

    Witness young nationalist's evaluation.

Yes, Page 114 is VERY, VERY incriminating for the FBI, Fusion, etc. I want to follow up on this:

    Q. Do you know Natalia Veselnitskaya(the infamous Russian Lawyer in Trump Tower. Whom, when it was reported I immediately suspected was a part of an FBI Sting. Page 114 proves me so utterly correct, I want to ask Wray a BUNCH of questions.)

    A. Yes

    Q. When did you first interact with her?

    A. I believe around 2014.

    Q. Did Fusion work for Natalia(I'm not using her last name more than once.)

    A. Yes, she was retained by Baker Hostetler who in turn retained us.

I don't think this contact was a coincidence.

How was he not to know? She clearly spoke Russian and litigated for a Russian client lol. You can't face that our intelligence agencies seriously violated protocol. This violation of protocol cannot stand, as a matter of law.
