The number of people who have enough control over their Nations to 'make them what they are' is, in my opinion, minimal, so I can't imagine such a list. Norway's pleasant but far too expensive for me, and I hate poor countries, which are normally directly controlled by capitalism, because they are full of beggars and arse-lickers..

 

But you are neglecting a reality. The Haitians in floriduh do consume because they are employed. They are working at trump properties right now doing things and because you cannot commute from Haiti to floriduh they have to have visas and work and consume. That is not really the problem around here. Most of the beggars around this area of floriduh are white.
