Serious question for members of Congress...

I'm conservative, Still don't believe in war and weapons of mass destruction. I think it's stupid and uncivilized. So I propose this question to be answered by the smartest, brightest of American people. Congress and you.

"If you are against Weapons of Mass destruction, like Nuclear and Biological weapons, why do you build them, trade them and sell them to other countries?"

 

The smartest and brightest are not members of Congress.
