Should the SAS just go and arrest human right abusers such as Kim Jong Un? Kim Jong Un is currently wanted by the UN but instead of being thrown into a court he is still happily leading the country and committing human right offenses. The offenses he is committing are not little either, they're barbaric and that is only what we know.

How exactly would they do that? North Korea isn't Uganda. You can't just fly into Pyongyang and walk out with the leader of the country.

Unless there is some sort of international court that has indicted him, there isn't even a figl eaf of a cover to do that kind of snatch and grab, although there is no doubt the world would be better off.

That would be a great operation if the SAS could pull it off though.

I think essentially he is advocating the death of a lot of good SAS men.

    Special Forces are not superhuman.

As incredibly well trained as the SAS, SEALS, and numerous other military forces are. They would last about 10 seconds once they crossed the North Korean border.

North Korea is a former Japanese colony and neither Britain nor America can legitimately invade North Korea to bring about regime change, while Japan's constitution does not allow the use of force outside the country. The problem regarding human rights abuses in North Korea may be exaggerated by South Korean activists who have their own agendas to overthrow the Kim regime. We should not get dragged into Korea's internal problems by buying into the propaganda by Korean human rights organisations that are known to distort the truth and disseminate lies.

Unfortunately, we allowed this cancer to grow so powerful that we cannot perform such a neat operation even if we wanted to. Atleast we have a potentially action-fillled modern war to look forward to.
