If you put that out here as an analogy, epic fail. There is ample documented evidence of Trump's corruption, evidence that can't be used because the DOJ won't allow indictment of a sitting president, but there is ZERO evidence of voter fraud that would change the outcome of this election. ZERO. They are being rejected by judges in every contested state.

 

So, you know better about what constitutes valid evidence than the judges hearing these cases? Show me your credentials, please.

No one is ignoring these lawsuits. Trump's lawyers have been in every contested state, they've presented their cases to the applicable courts, and in all cases, the judges have deemed their cases to be without merit. Most of the judges are conservatives, many put in place by Trump himself.

What would convince you that we the people have spoken, and sadly you are in the minority this time? Or will that fact just never sink in?

A federal attorney or president's attorney has no standing to present a case against a state's election procedures or errors or flaws of fraud.

"Knowable"? Where's the evidence? REPUBLICAN-APPOINTED JUDGES including three right wing Trump-appointed SC justices have said you have no evidence. So where is it and why haven't Trump's attorneys or Texas attorneys presented it?

 

None of the judges are even looking at the evidence, they're just dismissing the cases because they don't want to rule on them, so instead, they kick the can down the road, or drop it altogether.

The problem is that the founding fathers never expected such a massive scale of voter fraud as we've seen this year; fraud on a multi-state level. So there is no real constitutional remedy for it.

That's not the news I heard repeated again and again, although I have no doubt any right wing lying source like Fox or Newsmax or Limbaugh would tell you that. What I heard on the news was that no Trump lawyer HAD any evidence to submit because they know lying to the court would cost them their license to practice law, so they just asked for ballots to be rejected and for the republican state politicians to select electors..... with no evidence.

The problem is that there was no massive scale voter fraud and neither you nor any lawyer can produce any! So when do you stop the nonsense that is leading us to serious problems that won't help anyone?
