There was a lot of weed in the schools where I taught, but almost no harder drugs.
there are programs accessible to every person for dealing with addiction
Such laws exist. That’s why they are called illegal aliens.
If those persons can afford them. We waste billions on green energy which will have no significant effect on reducing the rate of global warming but ignore those addicted to opioids.
lots of weed huh? too bad. it is destructive to young brains
You can't have a debate with some of the people on here. They're too far gone into Trumpism, filled with fear to the point that they can't be civil. You'll just wear yourself out for no reason. Facts don't matter, truth doesn't matter . Like beating your head against a brick wall, it feels really good when you stop.
Got proof? I do.
"Trump’s characterization of immigrants, as people who drain public resources, however, is not backed by the data. Unauthorized immigrants aren’t usually eligible for federal benefits, for instance, and multiple studies have found that immigrants help the economy grow."
I've shown you mine, now man up and show me yours.
People walk across the border all the time near where I live. Just east of the Blaine, WA border crossing.
Do you think people living on the border go a mile west, get in line at the border crossing, just to rescue an animal that gets out?
You post links ?? From Wikipedia ?? Tax revenues from illegals are $19B and government costs are $135B per year. Do the arithmetic.

Are you saying that these people stay in the US ??
I didn't get far into that article until I found proof that it is fake news. It cites two very dubious sources that are infamous for disseminating disinformation.
" NBC News reported in January 2019 that a test of a steel bollard wall in Trump's chosen design by the Department of Homeland Security showed the wall could be sawed through."
That has been debunked by fact checkers. The wall design is not the same as any of those prototypes. NBC was caught reporting fake news again.
It also cites the Washington Post, but WaPo cited an anonymous source when it claimed that smugglers were cutting holes in the wall in mere minutes with a $100 battery powered reciprocating saw. Not only is using an anonymous source very dubious, but I've done a lot of demolition work myself and I find their claim to be laughable, unless by minutes they mean like 120 minutes or something. They didn't say how many minutes, obviously to be purposefully ambiguous. Their claims just don't pass the laugh test.
Sure you could eventually cut through it with a battery powered reciprocating saw using a 12 inch blade, but that kind of saw is a low speed tool that doesn't have a lot of power, especially the cheaper ones. It would take forever.
And besides, WaPo has repeatedly claimed that the wall doesn't exist in the first place. In fact, in their ridiculous list of alleged Trump lies they count Trump saying that we are building the wall as his most frequent lie. And you can't cut a hole in something that doesn't exist.
A guy on another political discussion board (I won't say which one so I'm not accused of spamming for a competing forum) I frequent has suggested that due to WaPo's completely dishonest reporting on the wall and it's dubious use of many anonymous sources to make specious claims, Trump supporters should start calling their reporting on the subject the "Jimmy's Wall" series as an ode to their infamous and embarrassing Pulitzer prize winning "Jimmy's World" series about an 8 year old heroin addict that turned out to be completely fabricated.
I think he's right. To push back against fake news, whenever we comment on any of WaPo's reporting regarding the wall, always remember to refer to their articles as part of the Jimmy's Wall series.
Pass it on patriots, frequently.
Or you could join a militia and go shoot a few illegals to see if it really makes you feel better.
WaPo reports on new wall. Very little new wall. Quite a bit of replacement wall.
Oh and again no details.
Great mischarecterizing! These were smugglers not illegal immigrants.
To a point they work, but they are not an impenetrable barrier. I am against illegal immigration yet think removing incentive is a superior and cost effective tactic. The wall just makes it bit harder to illegally enter the USA while reducing incentive reduces the reason to come to America illegally. Get rid of sanctuary cities, aggressively go after employers like Trump companies that hire illegals and impose hefty fines and even jail time for repeat offenders. Do not allow illegals access to welfare etc. The wall is just a monumental waste of money but makes for a great chant at Trump rallies.
A hole cut to accommodate drugs can be made bigger to accommodate humans.
Your google broken again?
Copy and paste this:
holes sawed in new border wall
Nothing is impenetrable. But walls/barriers/fences are very effective. Ask Israel.
And again no details or answers to my (and others) questions from days ago.
Since we need this labor so shutting it off would do far more harm then good.
By the way over the years and decades I had known any number of illegals an they was all hard workers an not collecting welfare.
Israel has a chain link fence (97%), sensors and guards. Trump wants to spend 600 times as much per mile and he forgot all about the other two needed to make it work.
I can't help you if you can't read. I can't find it in an audio book.
