I’ll look on the bright side at least the process has started. They’re going to have spend a fortune getting their systems up to date and act together.

Problem is our government has let infrastructure rot for years and years across the board. It’s like buying a mansion and then complaining about the cost of repairs because you didn’t maintain it for decades. Pinch a penny lose a dollar.
