He did more than say it. Have you read the Mueller report? BTW, he said it in Helsinki.

Trump sides with Russia against FBI at Helsinki summit

Killing hundreds of Russian soldiers in Syria and ousting 60 Russian oligarchs is being an ally?
Only in the brain of the left.

Horseshit, there was an anti movement against Liberal idiotic leftist with their fake Russian Collusion Delusion

We do, did you want him to show up with a gun and shoot him, or be able to have an open conversation?
Thats how ignorant the left is.

Nope, that was millions of the idiots salivating over the Mueller report that turned out as such a huge dud.

Nobody is afraid of the Dementia patient occupying the White House. Biden is so weak, he just came out today and said the sanctions he is imposing against Russia won't take effect for months. What a POS Biden is.

    This still smells like BS
There are lots of Cons in this forum
Where are all of the pro Russia threads?
Sounds like cherry picked poll results to me

Refusing to believe the unequivocal evidence? Like that's never happened before.

In 2014, 22 percent of Republicans said that Russia was an ally, this was from a Gallup poll. That number's now 40 percent," Cannon told Hill.TV's Joe Concha on "What America's Thinking," referring to two Gallup polls on American attitudes toward Moscow.

"Now, what's happened in four years? Well, nothing good. Russia solidified its annexation of Crimea. Its separatists armed by [Russian President Vladimir] Putin's army shot down a passenger airline, killed a bunch of Dutch children. ... The Russians have apparently continued to assassinate people on British soil. That number shouldn't go up among Republicans, and it has," he said.

I'm sorry what is the point here? That seems completely unrelated to what I said. Are you saying that Trump was saying that Putin is smart, and bad? Did he say bad? I'm certain if he did the media would edit it out of the report, but I haven't seen it.

Please if you can show me where Trump said this invasion is bad I really want that to be the case please please show me this.

Not according to your president... Obama's comment about Russia wanting their 80's back and "your president " Joes comment about """Governor Romney's answer I thought was incredibly revealing. He acts like he thinks the Cold War is still on. Russia is still our major adversary. I don't know where he has been. I mean, we have disagreements with Russia, but they're united with us on Iran. The only way we're getting one of only two ways we're getting material into Afghanistan to our troops is through Russia. They're working closely with us. They have just said to Europe, if there is an oil shutdown in any way in the Gulf, they'll consider increasing oil supplies to Europe. That's not-- this is not 1956."""""

I don't see how this means they SUPPORT Russia.
It sounds to me like many republicans are smart enough to rather be allies with a nuclear super power than enemies.
I don't know, still smelling that BS. Not sold yet!

Please answer the question I've asked conservatives here a half a dozen times with no reply. What would you have advised Biden to do beyond what he's done. Work to put together a coalition of countries to respond to Russia's aggression and announce damaging economic sanctions on Russia.

Unrelated issues. Folks wanted to not live the way they had. Russia had that opportunity as well. And yet, democrats consistently haven't been able to get over their demand to make a non communist Russia the enemy. And to be fair, if suddenly Canada or Mexico chose to ally themselves, what would you expect the US to do?

Countries who joined NATO didn't do that because they were afraid, they did it to ensure stability in a vacuum left after the collapse of communism. I know, way too nuanced for you to understand. You may only need to see yourself in a mirror to see what you attack others with.

Why try to derail a conversation with these lies? Democrats con't care a whit about accessibility, just their ability to commit voter fraud. Spare us your crocodilian tears.

In the imaginary world you live in, what is the reason for asking to be part of a military alliance?

    To do student exchanges?

The ONLY reason the Baltic and Eastern European countries asked to be part of NATO is because they were afraid of Putin and Russia.

Repeating a lie several times will not make it true.

What is undeniable, however, is that Putin supported Trump in 2016 and 2020.

That's something that's inconsistent with your false image of a Russian-bashing Trump.

Heavy sanctions early on would have been worth a try.
Assuming that the Ukrainians had any interest in actively defending their country he should have tried to supply weapons systems capable of doing significant damage to an invasion force.

Before entering the Ukrainian living space, Putin didn't violate any international agreement.

Putin mobilized an invasion force on the border. That has always been a casus belli.

Who else were they going to ask at the time? Simple answers, there was no one except the US/NATO at the time. Or did you forget that.

They could have remained independent, like Switzerland or Sweden.

But they didn't, because of Putin.
