So why is President Trump and the right so against voting my mail?

Now if mail in ballots ALL followed the line of scrutiny you just described....I may not have a problem with it. Though I understand the need for absentee ballots, I don't see why the norm can't be , go to your precinct and turn in your ballot. Take pride in that and be accountable. The idea that someone might be twisting your arm or buying your vote at the post office is suspect. Note- most polling places don't allow influential materials within a certain number of feet.
The drive to give illegal aliens drivers licenses with photo ID clouded the picture for me. I have a lot of mistrust due to the rights given to those here illegally. I don't believe the dead should be allowed to vote either.

 

You can just put your ballot in the mail.

There are secure ballot boxes that are like big, hardened mail boxes stationed around in various places if you don't have mail service for some reason - you don't have to go to a post office, county office, or whatever.

Deaths are registered. Any sane system would remove them from voer registration. And, driver's licenses for aliens are marked as such.

Not everyone can go to a "precinct".

 

I've seen my ex-wife still on the role in Arizona and she moved to Wyoming 16 years ago.
