    Workplace “Anti-Racism Trainings” Aren't Helping - Jacobin



    The results of corporate "anti-racism" training are in. Overall it enables employers to exert even more power over employees "under a veneer of social justice". Crucially:
    It advocates personnel change rather than structural change. The latter would adversely affect the company's bottom-line.

    Good for Trump! The results of real world testing have shown it's ineffective, so time to end it. There's no reason to keep it, and I wish more Democrats understood that.
