not sure why, both those semi's really weren't at fault. It was the guy in the SUV who started swerving. My condolences to their family however since from what I saw that was probably fatal.
it doesn't matter. the DOT requires drug and alcohol testing for all safety sensitive transportation workers involved in an accident were anything or one can't leave under it's own power. car pulls out in front of a train? everyone in the cab of the engine gets tested...but not the car.
I agree. Although I admit I watched it several times because I was completely baffled by the UTTER destruction of that SUV. WOW
if the driver was alone, he might have survived. if it had been a small car....like a malibu...no one could have. semi's front ends give more than you'd think they would. it's normally the second cow that they hit that puts them out of service permanently.
