I just think that this policy of criminalizing spanking Is ridiculous. Let's just start banning everything, including boxing.
When we go too far with laws... we decrease the level of respect for law. Another area where I feel judges and lawmakers have gone too far is the extreme measures taken to make it impossible for people to choose to smoke a cigarette. If I ever get elected... I will probably attempt to figure out some way to make it legal again to smoke in bars! Yes second hand smoke is dangerous.......... but it just seems ridiculous to ban smoking... in a bar of all places?????!
