A beautiful 17 year old girl is pistol whipped by feral youts and carjacked. I would say she is lucky she wasn't raped and murdered as well. What kind of society have we created where children are pistol whipping other young innocent people and stealing their cars. Maybe not quite as much......but yes I would care. You seem to not care at all......must not have a daughter. In the world I grew up in youts didn't go around pistol whipping beautiful young girls, because they knew they wouldn't even make it to the police station. They would have been dealt with down by the river......and you know what......crap like this didn't happen much.

St. Pete has some very rough neighborhoods and the city has yet to figure out that the best way to deter crime is to turn on the lights after dark.
