The contradictory blather poured out of FOX News is endless. What is good one day is condemned the next, and then another turnaround, and another, and another. Their nonsense provides endless fodder for John Stewart.

When Sean Hannity attempted to go toe to toe with John Stewart, he should have realized he was extremely outclassed before he tried.

In the clip at the following link, Stewart is at his best, using Hannity’s own words to show the traditional FOX sophomoric and self-contradicting broadcast style.

    Enjoy.

    Oh No!!!!! John Stewart????

You will quickly hear from all the "experts" who will condemn you as a "no information" leftist zombie. Never mind that Hannity is beyond reproach, especially by a petty little socialist clown like Stewart. gagg.....

    Funny episode though.

Couldn't watch a whole episode of Stewart's obvious, stale jokes to see what OP was talking about any more than I can watch a whole episode of Hannity wrapping himself in the flag.

Real takeaway from the thread is 1. Leftists don't understand that this is "part of the show," the equivalent of pro wrestling. No wonder they vote the way they do and their level of political awareness is as dismal as it is. 2. Leftists don't understand that another part of the show is that one of these shows has a staff of writers sitting around a table formulating Beavis and Butthead level zingers for a dumb, young audience all day, and the other show has a staff of writers sitting around a table formulating jingoistic, paranoiac blather for an old, dumb audience all day. As practiced and prepared for "impromptu" as either seems, they are both effectively GAG READERS reading material that someone else wrote (same for OReilly, Limbaugh, Maddow, Matthews). These aren't any kind of legitimate commentators on anything, just show biz. Folks like Charles Krauthammer or whatever leftist equivalent are the closest we get to any legimate commentators in these parts, and they are generally dull as dirt. Will leftists take -every- opportunity to demonstrate their naivete? I guess so.

Hannity is not representative of Fox. He is the worst, most unfair and unbalanced politically, of all of them. Only Brian Kilmeade is even close.

If the OP doesn't know this, then he doesn't watch Fox often enough, and he should, because he'll see some true things there, that the left won't let him know.

Watch MSNBC and HuffPo if you must, but make sure to watch enough Fox to know the the left is FAR, far, far from the good guys they want you to think they are. (and have most leftists convinced they are). And I would suggest NOT watching Hannity if you want fair and balanced. I like him personally. He's loving and caring. But he's too partisan for me.

    John Stewart is a comedian.

I watch Fox almost every day and I would say Hannity is fairly representative of the prime-time lineup.

Going after a moron like Hannity is like shooting fish in a barrel, BUT....

Stewart does it very, very well. :)

Best parts were where did the side-by-side clips of pre-Bundy Sean talking about his love of the Constitution and the Government it gave us......and post-Bundy Sean railing against the Federal Government.

Then Sean saying it was about "proportionality and Gov't use of force" (in the response to Bundy).....but then Sean gleefully cheering on cops blasting peaceful protestors sitting on the ground with pepper spray.

But the best part was when Stewart brought up the "Whiskey Rebellion".....something I admittedly forgot, but that by the SAME STANDARD the Right wants to use against President Obama for Bundy?

Makes GEORGE WASHINGTON a "Big Gub'mint tyrant". :D

John Stewart did an excellent job humiliating the cowardly hypocrite Hannity.

What's even sadder is people believing Fox is real news.

Fox News is even classified with the FCC as an entertainment channel, not a news channel.

Not surprisingly, these are the same people who couldn't differentiate between what Sarah Palin and Tina Fey once said...

Yes...a major difference in trying to prove your "foreign policy experience" with

"You can actually see Russia from certain parts of Alaska"

    and

"I can see Russia from my house!!!!"

That "major diffrence" is still today why Sarah Palin is so beloved and respected by a majority of Americans. :)

BTW, wait for Monday (4/28) night's show.

Stewart had to tape his Thursday show BEFORE Sean did his TV show on Fox Thursday night...so he didn't have any video of Sean's mea culpa and "condemnation" of Cliven Bundy......Stewart WILL have it for Monday's show.

And easily cut between Sean PRAISING Bundy (pre-Wednesday)...and his "condemnation".....and then lots of OTHER footage on the topic of racism where Sean proves himself a hypocrite.

BTW, BTW....Sean's trying to say today that he LOVES Jon Stewart and "thinks he's funny"....after calling him a "hack" just a day ago.

Stewart's 'writers do their job." That's hilarious. What a sock puppet.

So what's the running tab now? Does Hannity hate Stewart or does he like him? And does Hannity like and support Bundy or does he hate him?

    Hannity's two faces complicate matters.

And we can see how much her rival proved his "foreign policy experience" by thinking he could "re-set" relations with Russia. In case you've conveniently overlooked the reasons why Obama's approval numbers are underwater right now, one of them happens to be how Vlad the Invader has made him look like a weak, clueless amateur on the world stage.

Of course, none of this has to do with the inability of some Lefties to distinguish between what Sarah Palin and Tina Fey once said. ;)

Kinda like Obama denounced Rev Wright, after going to his church for 20+ years, marrying the obamas, and baptizing their kids?

You don't think he has ANY input to this at all? I doubt it would make the airwaves if Jon didn't agree, plus I know he makes on the fly changes and tweaks as well.

Then I guess the only real difference is that obama knew rev wright was a racist for 20+ years and only denounced him, while running for president, whereas Hannity knew Clive Bundy for about 3 days, and then denounced him when he found out he was a racist.

Who do you think has more integrity? hannity or obama?

Like all political humorists, Jon Stewart makes a joke out of absurdity.

On this planet there is only one thing more absurd than FOX News, and that is the audience of FOX News.

well, I can only base my response on the whole of my experience when it comes to the both of them. not just the issue we're discussing. The answer is Obama though. Not that it's any accomplishment to have more integrity than Sean Hannity. Obama would never have been dumb enough to side with Bundy during this whole ridiculous deal.
