Likewise, seeing as where we are now, shutting down everything for 3 to 4 months would have had almost no long term effect on the economy, yet Trump and Republicans were running around like Chicken Little saying the sky was falling if we didn't open back up again.

What do you base this one? Keep in mind some Democrat states are demanding to be bailed out as part of Pelosi's package.

Yep, tRump has really taught China a lesson there. Trump is a freaking moron.

When he loses, does anyone know if they will take away the nuke football from him? Or do we have to wait till January?

    1) That's NOT the topic of this thread.
    2) You have not provided a link to whatever it is you think you're implying
    3) You have absolutely no intent in debating honestly, but rather in getting me into "gotcha" moments so you can report me. So please, don't respond to my posts anymore, or I will report you.

I am basing it on Trump and Republicans complaining about lockdowns in early April. Yellow belly chickens.

OR, has Trump insured that Democrats, & the nation, will have such a mess to clean up that it would be neither practical for Democratic Congress members, nor acceptable to their constituents & the national public, at large, to hold any hearings or investigations of him on Capitol Hill for a good while?

    What's driving the stock crash?

The fact that Republicans refuse another round of Covid relief

Those bills were 3 trillion dollar Leftist wish lists chock full of pork that had zippo to do with COVID relief.

It sure isn't, and it's been vastly over-inflated and due for a correction in my estimation.

The DJIA is at 27,548.56 right now - some "crash"...

You Dems ever consider dumping Pelosi? She keeps hacking about helping the 'suffering citizens" but refuses to budge unless any relief bill is a godzillion dollar pork fest. So suffering citizens can go eat ice cream until the Sea Hag gets her way, huh?

Those bills were equal to or less than the first Covid Bill created for the same reason

And it looks like the Market thinks the economy needs that

Ohhh and I have asked about a dozen times for this "pork" to be listed along with the dollar amounts

    And have gotten ZERO response
