When a person offers reality based criticism of actions, it's reasonable and respectable. Perhaps not right, but reasonable as a statement of opinion or point.

When a person turns to mockery, things are a bit different- it says much more about the person doing it than the person it is directed at. It's grade-school juvenile, tells us they have no self-respect or class. It illustrates they have no real point, no credibility, no opinion worth the time to consider. . unable to make a point, except it shows us the limits of capacity of the person doing it.

 

If all you could get was $130,000 out of a billionaire it goes to show you ain't very smart, or the story is made up.

Gloria Allred had $700,000 to give out to women who would come forward with mere allegations so if you have actual evidence you should be thinking many millions.

 

That's a legal question which, not being a lawyer, I don't know the answer to. However, logic says it would be well known beforehand if it was or wasn't. Additionally, like Hillary, rich people have "buffers". It was a lawyer who paid her. Was s/he on direct orders from Trump or another buffer?

Lastly, Trump can always plead the Fifth. What he definitely shouldn't do is perjure himself like Bill did.

You're missing my point. He wouldn't be handing Stormy $130K in the lobby of his hotel. He'd do it in such a manner that gave plausible deniability. Personally, I think his mind is going, so while he might not think of that himself, he has enough lawyers around him that they'd make sure he is protected.
