Ah but look at all the furor over this case - the reference to the skirt has made it a much bigger deal. The right has gone nuts trying to show how dangerous it is to allow 'boys' into 'girls' bathrooms. Perhaps he thought he might be able to defend himself more effectively with that added little nugget.

The Superintendent knew, the school board knew. The Superintendent lied at the schoolboard meeting and the schoolboard enabled his lie by concealing the rape and redirectly the conversation to an old 2018 incident deliberately and falsely implying that there were no other incidents.

Time for them to hand in their resignations.
Time for parents to file suit where appropriate and haul their lying asses in front of a jury of their peers for adjudication.
