Sugars and cellular communication

    I have heard that there are actually eight nutritional sugars and many of these sugars can seem to assist in cellular communication.

    No big company will do much research on them though because they are naturally occurring and therefore difficult to patent.


    I believe that the name of the sugar that comes from the aloe vera plant may be termed mannose

    sugar is half fructose, thus can give you fatty liver, fructose is processed by the liver just like alcohol... but without the buzz to tell you to stop, you have had too much

    also while fructose is in the liver, it blocks triglycerides from reentering the liver, thus triglycerides build up in the blood

    I haven't heard much of anything good about fructose so far.

    I am amazed how many views that this video got so far. I am almost certain that this is the documentary that I viewed a year or so ago but I think that this is it.
