If this is a National poll, which it actually is, then it does point to significant Electoral College victory for Trump.

Only three of the witnesses that Schiff brought in have actual direct observations of what happened. The others are not even eligible according to Federal evidence guidelines.

    1. Morrison said that he found nothing wrong
    2. Sondland said that he had presumptions but no direct evidence. In contrast, Sondland said that Trump stated, :"I want Nothing No Quid Pro Quo."
    3. Vindman said that he had concerns but also stated that he found no crime."

So, you actually think that you can get a president thrown out of office based on the above?

In reality, Schiff probably either ruined a few careers with his stunt, or at very least, significantly altered their careers

Again looking at the Full Results Excel file, impeachment is not voters' primary deciding factor when it comes to the presidential election.

When it comes to deciding for whom you will vote for president, which one of the following is the single most important issue in deciding for whom you will vote?

As Bill Clinton famously said, it's....

    The economy 375
    Impeachment 72
    Social issues 114
    Health care 191
    Immigration 110
    Gun control 60
    Foreign policy and terrorism 35
    The environment 79
    Education 57

And here is the big question:
Do you support or oppose impeaching President Trump?

Columns: Frequency, Percent, Valid Percent, Cumulative Percent

    Support 470 43.0 43.0 43.0
    Oppose 495 45.3 45.3 88.3
    Unsure 128 11.7 11.7 100.0
    Total 1092 100.0 100.0

Bottom line: That's a small number in a one outlier poll saying that they opposed impeachment sometime between Nov. 17-20. Almost as many in this little poll said they support it, and a good chunk answered they were unsure. On top of all of this, impeachment does not rank high as the single most important issue in deciding for whom the respondents will vote. Economy, social issues, health care, immigration and the environment all take higher precedence in their minds.

Are you kidding? Putin walked all over Obama, but Obama gained financially from it.

Putin pulls Trump's strings, and Trump gains financially through emoluments.

How is Obama supposed to have gained from Putin walking all over him? And for that matter, how did Putin walk all over him?

Based on this poll, if the election were held today, Trump would win 33 or 34 states.

The Wisconsiin polling reflects the heartland pretty well at this point.

The Koch Glitsch Italia deal alone bought him the Martha's Vinyard property. Biden also profited from that deal.

Nonsense, he's not even taking his salary, and his lost business opportunity cost for being POTUS have probably been in the millions or billions. Moving into the White House was downsizing for him.

Peach Mint was a national disgrace delivered to the world by Leftists/Democrats that want to force Big Government and Globalism. They don't give a **** about the U.S. Constitution or a fair and transparent process.

    Yeah. We KNOW. :bored:

The 5TH Thread on the EXACT SAME POLL?:bored:

    http://politicalforum.com/index.php...ment-hearings-fail-to-sway-gop-public.564696/

There is ALSO a Couple More (on this EXACT Subject)...:bored:

And, Since You Obviously MISSED IT (or you wouldn't have started yet another REDUNDANT thread)...

    ...As I Said EARLIER...

Maybe the RW could ask that the Thread be Stickied?

That would be one way to prevent this REDUNDANCY.

    Anyway, yeah, the Emerson Poll.:bored:

Emerson is known to have some questionable methodology.

Many of their polls (in the past) have been outliers.

For example, their current polling on the Dem. Nom. is considered an outlier.

Anyway, I see that they have some numbers on Impeachment?

    Most likely ALSO "outliers".

Hopefully, we can get everyone's cooperation to Prevent this REDUNDANCY from being posted a 5TH TIME?:bored:

I suppose you have a point. Between collusion, obstruction, and QPQ, the constant failed attempts to get rid of Trump may end up being the best thing for our country. He will emerge as the lesser of evils.

I don't even like Trump, but I see this impeachment as nothing more than an abuse of power and interference in our election.

A tiny shift, a fluctuation, before the primaries have been held and the campaign has even begun, and quite early in the impeachment process (Nov 13-17). It's nothing to get excited about, and there is no justification to extrapolate this to the an electoral result or to the entire heartland. Also something important to bear in mind is that, once again, the expressed preferences are based much more on the economy than impeachment. This notion that impeachment is destroying Democratic support is just not supported by the polls being posted here. From your link:

While the shifts in opinion on both impeachment and presidential preferences are not large, they are consistent across multiple questions in the poll. That includes increases in support for Trump’s work on foreign policy and the economy.
Also notable from the results here is that Republicans and independents are still largely in denial of the reality of what Trump has done.

Table 3: Did Trump ask for investigation of political rivals?
Yes, did ask No, did not ask Don’t know
    Republican 29 51 20
    Lean Republican 29 53 17
    Independent 41 24 33
    Lean Democrat 81 8 10
    Democrat 80 8 12

Of course he asked for this. It's right in the ****ing transcript he released! But Republicans don't have much use for facts when it comes to Trump, just as Trump himself doesn't. Republican partisan ideology has gone full religion at this point.
