Supreme Court: No Guns For Any Domestic Violence Offenders

    I find it interesting the scope of mental illness and what is considered to be "domestic violence" are ever expanding and further reducing the number of gun owners in the country. What the statist swine fail to realize, is that if you make talking to the a therirpist a gun grabbing crime, people are not going to go. Period.

    So, is this ruling also going to apply to the majority of offenders of domestic violence, women?

    Some of this ruling is fine, but some is not.

    I don't like the American psychiatric industry, at large, and believe they are as Mickey Mouse and corrupted as so many in the judical system. There is really no accountability for them mis-diagnosing someone in domestic abuse cases.

    Most men don't like being disrespected, especially not from a mouthy child or woman in their own house. I can see where it would be tempting for so many guys to start pounding the crap out of someone for this. But I don't defend them either. They should be punished for any truely violent assualts on their mates, including the revokation of gun ownership---but that should be a state, not federal issue. Also, using a switch that leaves a few red marks on a abborant child isn't abuse in most cases.

    Ayuh,.... Here in the Kingdom of Cuomo, they passed a law, Just like that a few years ago,....

    The unforeseen consequence was nearly 10% of the Leo's in the state, couldn't carry their sidearm under the law,...
