I wonder how concerned Russia is over the US military build up in Iraq and other surrounding Arab countries ?

They were pumping 2.8 million bpd before the sanctions.... and Iran could easily pump 5 million bpd.. but, they won't be selling much oil at 30-49 dollars a barrel.

You are talking about a time when people were designated by their bishops, so the Russian people were under the Kiev bishop...and he later moved to Moscow. He is now known as the Moscow Patriarch.

So don't try to tell me that the Galatians who are under the bishop of Rome, and the rest of the Ukrainians who are under the pseudo Ukrainian Patriarch in Kiev are the real Orthodox Russians...because they are not.

The last I heard is that the Galatians destroyed fifty Russian Orthodox Churches in the Donbas, and as for the rest, they were probably confiscated and placed under the pseudo Patriarch...who by the way is not recognized by any of the Patriarchs in the Orthodox Church.

So you see their plot then,...?
Monopolize the Oil by gaining Islamic power over Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, add Iraq.
Then with Russia grasping the five states at its southern borders, they lower production until oil is back over $100/barrel for starters.

Bosnia worked, because the full military power of NATO + Russia + agreement of all war faction leaders in Dayton. it is only the willing of all which counts to make such things possible!
Iraq is a bad example, because here the USA caused situation with their incompetence to end jobs after military success of the criminal attack in 2003. Sure, 3 or 4 different factions if not more in Syria (in Iraq 3), but the same question how they can sit on same table was given for Bosnia too in matter how can Bosnians, Croats and Serbs sit on same table after all what happened ... it worked or do we have still war in Bosnia?

Why no Saudi Arabia and Gulf States is simple ... it will cause more anger as it helps.
Russia as friend of Assad regime is necessary, USA as general force and backing Alevis, Kurds and minorities is necessary, Iran of particularly backing Shiite part of population is necessary and Turkey for backing Rebels is necessary. The only other one as 5th power here and in my opinion maybe the only real neutral power who should take command is China!

    Ehm ... not really!
They have lost military power in comparison to USSR of course, but even this can be discussed endless at least. But don't forget that they are same way Nuclear world power as USA are.
Further, Russian economic grows under Putin after disaster under Yelcin before and even they are not top 7 or so, they are a growing here too.

Is that why the US chose his son to outsource their torture programme for them on suspects (often innocent) shipped to Syria -- "one of the most common destinations for rendition flights"?

Why would we oppose the Russian military fighting ISIS in Syria? If the Syrian government goes down ISIS will take over.

But who then? US failed utterly still in Iraq before to get down with ISIS ... and until now are they and some others only making bombings by Air Strikes. The only one fighting them are the Kurds and Shiites. Kurds are as "thank you" bombed by Turkey who find it more important to fire the old dispute with them on as to destroy ISIS ... even when getting a bombing from them, and US tells nothing against!
The Shiite militia (not to say the real and only existing Iraqi Army) are backed by Iran and so for sure not very welcome by many too.

The Russians aren't fighting the IS though, they're going after the FSA. They want the IS to remain a threat to Assad, it forces him to be reliant on Russia perpetually. Russia wants Syria to be a vessel, not an ally.

So let Russia handle it. It's in their neighborhood.
Would we want Russia to intervene with a civil war in Mexico, Central America or South America? And why should they - this is our neighborhood.
