I don't doubt it. There are Jews in that part of the world who speak every language and dialect. They make excellent spies. I was on a forum with one who was exceptionally bright and highly critical of Israel.. He had befriended this nasty convert to Islam and something about him just didn't jive with me, so I just couldn't resist asking if he was Mossad. That was it, he disappeared.
I don't doubt that every nation friendly to Israel uses its intelligence. I know that they were asked to investigate the devastating fires that broke out in Greece a few years ago... among other things.

I could put together that cam equip in a rock, no mystery there. The trick is, as I said, powering it for an extended length of time and getting the images to a collecting server that would have to be close by, over what inevitably are wireless public airwaves. Then you have to get the signal to Mossad which I assume is via satellite.
