the problem with this article is that it doesn't point out the Democratic Party threw labor under the bus in the 1980's, with the 'Super Delegate Rule' that concentrated power in the DNC elites, no more uppity populist candidates not personally hand-picked by the DLC screwing up primaries for the neo-liberals and 'globalists'.

Actually you make an excellent point. Where was the Tea Party during the Zimmerman, Brown, and Garner 'ginned up' racial issue cases? Anybody read or hear about a bunch of Tea Party activists or putative TP leaders mouthing off about it in national news making headlines? No, and we can all rest assured that had any such people done that then the Left-tilted Mainstream Media would have plastered -- plastered I say! -- the episodes all over their outlets and then MADE the Tea Party a front and center issue so far as racism was concerned. So for an organization filled to the bursting point with foam-at-the-brain-pan racists . . . they never actually talk about racial issues.

So don't our monomaniacally racially focused leftwingers find that to be the least bit telling by way of informing them that -- gasp! -- they have been wrong about labeling the Tea Party movement racist in origin or nature?

Actually, saying the Tea Party is racist does not make those saying it much different than a racist. Seeing things in black and white (no pun intended) and making sweeping statements about a group just because they are part of a group that threatens their imagined power.
