    Link

The doctor faces life in prison for performing an abortion on a woman who had a COURT GRANTED NON VIABLE pregnancy.

    This cannot be stressed enough.

The Texas AG says that the court injunction will expire long before the statute of limitations. And that court rulings will not shield any doctor, hosp. or participating medical personal from prosecution.

Actually he just asked the Texas Supreme Court to rule on it, so you might want to wait to hear what they say. This cannot be stressed enough: He's a **** head, but its not necessarily his decision here that matters.

True, still, he's not the sole fly in the ointment.

This recent issue about wanted the abortion would have made some exceptions in the woman's case. This abortion ban is uncalled for and wrong. dead wrong and I don't care what anyone says about it. Those that probably planned this thought that a woman's place in the home doing housework or in bed (motherhood) and that's that. They plan to sat that the man is in charge of the household and women obey the rules with no exceptions. They are in the family way all the time and that includes boys until they a responsible age and girls. They don't say no. Nor they cannot. What the man of the house says goes. That's it. That might have been hundreds and hundreds of years ago, Abortions are a part of the sign of the times and that's the way it is. There should be exceptions to the rules and that's the way it should be. Banning abortion is wrong and that's how I see it. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump has something to do with it. That's all I'm going to say for now.

And so it appears Texas is one of a number of states that are effectively theocracies.

    Pretty much.

My company has an office in Dallas, and I refuse to travel there.
