Its easier for them to suck off the American taxpayers and those that donated

The rainy day fund isn't from people who donated.

    Think before posting.

You asserted Texas was the welfare state.

But lots of welfare is paid in the Bronx, south central LA, and south Chicago. In Dallas? Not as much.

They hate us for our admiration of freedom and our disdain of collectivist thought. We're not flaming socialists, so we suck.

When Texans say they don't like collectivism and yet are willing to take billions from Washington in Welfare they're obviously as hypocritical as hell

Unbelievable. So Texas is just a welfare state that is taking in billions from everyone's good will, and in the interim has billions available for immediate relief.

**** that, they get nothing from me.

Every state gets welfare. Washington forces us to pay for it, then they take their cut of the pie, and they send the crumbs back to us.

The 16th amendment dispensed with this argument long ago. What once was the expected domain of States has been usurped by a voracious central government.

Try going after the large corporations first. Check to see how they use or take "your" dollar.

Doesn't California want to secede? Let it go... I KNOW they don't have a $12 billion rainy day fund! They're in dire straits. Do THEY get money for all their disasters like earthquakes, fires, floods and mudslides?

Many suburban Southerners are paying for the inner city hell holes in places like Detroit, Chicago, LA, St. Louis, Baltimore, etc.
